Customers can stretch budget dollars by redeeming points for products.
MCHENRY, IL – Follett today announced its popular Rewards program is returning, allowing customers to accrue points on purchases and redeem them for valuable products. Customers will earn points on all textbook, consumable, and buyback transactions, including any qualifying purchases made on or after April 1.
Follett’s initial Rewards program enjoyed a successful run for several years before being discontinued after the 2014-15 school year. Judy Crapse was one Follett customer who reaped the benefits of the previous program, and is happy to see it being revived.
“It is so amazing as I don't have to keep up with the points,” said Crapse, Purchasing Agent, Savannah Christian Preparatory School in Garden City, Ga. “Follett Rewards takes care of everything. I receive emails with my points balance, so I know when to redeem them. It has been the best program our school has ever participated in. Follett is always my number 1 choice to order books because our dollars are converted to points.”
Follett customers will earn:
Points can be redeemed once a customer’s account has a balance of at least 100 points.
“Districts and schools are always looking for ways to stretch their shrinking budgets and take advantage of every opportunity to provide their students with the resources they need,” said Nader Qaimari, President, Follett School Solutions. “We are thrilled to bring back Follett Rewards now in such robust fashion with more than 500 items in our redemption catalog.”
Qaimari added Follett will soon be expanding its rewards program to include Titlewave® customers, as well as for other product and service areas.
